 There are many interesting places to visit within a short drive of Brookside. A new gravitational observatory only 10 minutes to the southeast down Military Road, is now open to the public. Historic Willow Brook tearooms is also only 10 minutes away. West Coast Honey (BEE'S IN ACTION) can be seen only 15 minutes away, includes the actual honey processing.

Windsurfer

The well known windsurfing destination of Lancelin is 50 kilometres further north along the coast and the beautiful, quaint country town of Gingin is only 30 kilometres to the east. It is just a 15 minute drive to picturesque town of Guilderton, at the mouth of the Moore River.
